Summary

Responsible for supporting digital marketing and brand awareness efforts through the creation of high-quality photography. This role will focus primarily on still photography, including provider headshots, event photography, facility and environmental images, and other photo needs as deemed appropriate. Occasional evening and weekend assignments may be required, based on event schedules and production needs.

This team member will stay current with industry trends in healthcare and commercial photography and produce work that reflects professional standards and brand alignment. Their work will support Marketings social media, web, fundraising, and communication strategies.

Working in collaboration with the Creative Services Project Manager on execution of strategy and brand direction, the Creative Services Producer (Photography) will be involved in all stages of production, including but not limited to pre-production planning, coordinating schedules, on-site photography, photo editing, file management, and coordination with Marketing partners for image deployment.

While the focus of this role is photography, experience with video editing and production (Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus and may be called upon for cross-functional support as needed. This position also includes responsibilities for organizing and maintaining photography equipment, managing photo archives, and collaborating with other creative team members to ensure a cohesive visual brand across all platforms.

The Creative Services Producer (Photography) will work with internal clients and system leaders to understand project goals and ensure photography aligns with campaign messaging and brand identity.

Requirements

Education:Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 2 years Public/Media Relations/Journalism/Photography experience required.

A positive attitude, high level of integrity, and strong sense of professionalism is a must.
