Parc Center for Disabilities – Bert Muller Home (BMH) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who bring compassion, energy, and heart to their work. This is not your typical caregiving job – here, you’ll help adults thrive, gain independence, and live their best lives.

• Help residents learn, grow, and experience life to the fullest.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) while promoting independence.
• Support residents with daily living skills and engaging activities.
• Accompany residents on outings and medical appointments.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment every day.

• CNA or HHA experience is a huge plus!
• A heart for helping people and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to complete CPR/First Aid and other required trainings.
