We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team in sunny Jacksonville! This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The clinic treats a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians have the flexibility to maintain a general caseload or develop specialized expertise in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related diagnoses
• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care focused on improving function and quality of life
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within an electronic medical record system
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 visits per week, supported by technology tools designed to streamline documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote clinical excellence and professional growth
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
