Description:
Camping World is hiring a Property Maintenance Associate to join its growing team in Lake City, Florida. This role is focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment across all company facilities, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic space for employees, vendors, and visitors.

The position involves performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks across various areas of the facility, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, and warehouse spaces. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and will be comfortable working in a physically active environment that may involve standing for long periods and handling cleaning materials and equipment.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, as the Property Maintenance Associate plays an important part in supporting day-to-day operations through facility upkeep and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, and warehouse areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated facility areas
• Stock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products
• Remove dust, dirt, and waste to ensure a clean working environment
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace standards
• Assist in maintaining overall facility organization and cleanliness

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items up to 50 lbs (with or without assistance)
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, dust, and noise
• Willingness to work around equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to cleanliness standards
