We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants predictable hours, clinical autonomy, and time to enjoy life outside of work.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on individual, group, and family therapy. Your schedule stays balanced with protected administrative time and a manageable daily caseload, with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities.
You’ll practice in Melbourne, Florida, a coastal community known for its beaches, relaxed lifestyle, and growing healthcare presence, offering both professional opportunity and personal balance.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $62,000 to $80,000 based on experience and performance
