Sales Agent â Private Aviation
Location: Opa-locka, FL (Onsite, MondayâFriday)
Are you a driven communicator with a passion for sales and relationship-building? A fast-growing private aviation company in South Florida is looking for a Sales Agent to join their energetic and collaborative team.
Youâll be part of a small, agile group that values hustle, creativity, and teamwork. No aviation background? No problem. If you have the drive to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What Youâll Be Doing:
Building and managing strong client relationships
Converting inbound leads into private charter bookings
Collaborating with marketing and operations to align strategy and execution
Staying responsive to client needs, including occasional evening or weekend opportunities
What Theyâre Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter who thrives in a team environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Based in South Florida and available to work onsite Monday through Friday
Compensation & Perks:
$60,000 base salary
Commission on every completed trip sold
Total earning potential of $110,000+ per year
