Dynatech's proprietary database, the Defense Logistics Management System (DLMS®), empowers us to mitigate supply chain risk, and provide quality supply chain solutions in a cost-effective manner that enhances operational readiness for over 2,000 weapons systems and platforms.
The Opportunity
Dynatech is seeking a strategically driven Senior Vice President of Global Business Development to lead our domestic and international expansion efforts. This executive will oversee business development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, with a focus on growing our presence across Aerospace & Defense sectors in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The right candidate will possess deep expertise in aftermarket components, MRO, and defense logistics.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale business development, sales, and marketing functions globally.
- Drive 15%+ year-over-year revenue growth through pipeline development and strategic execution.
- Build and execute a comprehensive 3-year international and domestic growth plan.
- Penetrate new global markets and manage regional growth roadmaps.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
- Lead high-value proposals, contract negotiations, and client engagements.
- Report directly to Business Unit President with performance metrics and strategic updates.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in Aerospace & Defense business development (domestic & international).
- Proven record of building a sustainable pipeline ($25M+) and exceeding growth targets.
- Knowledge of aftermarket defense components, air, ground and space systems and 3PL/MRO ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in North America, Asia and Europe markets strongly preferred.
- Experience in US Government contracting and Foreign Military Sales.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or graduate degree in Global Strategy or International Business.
