As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our organization. You'll be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage budgets, providing insights into financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Coordinate with auditors and oversee external audits.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performing culture.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional development.

Strategic Financial Planning:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Offer recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Experience in accounting/finance roles, within a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

*Must have experience in full cycle accounting, especially in month end close, financial statement preparation. This is NON negotiable. Strong and proven leadership skills are essential.
