Job Summary
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Contract Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare providers across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities.
Job Duties- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare provider positions across multiple states.
- Create and maintain job postings in the ATS and on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide weekly recruitment pipeline updates.
- Represent Ennoble Care professionally while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Full-time, contracted employment, Monday through Friday, remote with 8:30am-5:00pm EST hours.
Requirements- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Minimum 3–4 years of provider recruitment experience required , with experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong desire to learn healthcare.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
- Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in email, phone, and text message communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using a variety of business software applications.
