Property Manager

Join a well-established and respected property management company as a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) overseeing a condominium community in Delray Beach, Florida. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards for residents and the Board of Directors. As the primary point of contact for the community, you will lead daily operations, manage projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the condominium community, ensuring smooth and efficient management
• Serve as the main liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Florida Condominium Law and the community’s governing documents
• Prepare for and lead Board meetings, including creating agendas, compiling reports, and following up on action items
• Manage capital improvement projects such as roofing, concrete restoration, and community upgrades
• Oversee vendor contracts, including bidding processes and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular property inspections and uphold maintenance standards
• Review and manage budgets, financial statements, and reserve funds
• Handle resident communications and resolve escalations with professionalism and care
• Supervise and support on-site staff to ensure high-quality service
• Enforce community rules and policies fairly and consistently

Qualifications

• Active Florida LCAM license (required)
• 7+ years of property management experience, preferably in condominium (COA) communities
• Strong knowledge of Florida Condominium Law
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and vendors
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, reserves, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Experience with property management systems such as Vantaca or similar platforms (preferred)
