Experienced Watchmaker – Luxury Watch Repair (Miami, FL)
We are seeking a highly qualified Watchmaker with 10+ years of professional experience to join our established watch repair shop in Miami, Florida .
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a skilled watchmaker with strong technical knowledge of Automatic and quartz timepieces, capable of diagnosing, servicing, and restoring high-end watches to manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:
- Complete disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of mechanical and automatic movements
- Diagnose and repair issues with luxury and Swiss timepieces
- Perform movement regulation, timing adjustments, and quality control testing
- Replace worn or damaged components including crowns, stems, gaskets, and crystals
- Maintain detailed service records for each repair
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years professional watchmaking experience
- Experience with Swiss luxury watch brands preferred
- Strong diagnostic and precision repair skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
- CW21 certification or equivalent experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting compensation package exceeding $90,000+ per year
- Base salary plus performance incentives
