Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Landcrafters , a leading landscaping company along Florida's Gulf Coast since 1999, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating beautiful landscapes and enhancing our clients' outdoor spaces. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of lifting/carrying between 35-80 pounds frequently.
• Experience safely operating equipment such as power saws and cutters.
• Understanding of landscape basics is required. Previous experience in landscape maintenance is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Landcrafters maintains a drug-free work environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to various landscaping activities to ensure the health and beauty of grass, flowers, and other plant life.
• Operate a variety of equipment including mowers, blowers, clippers, and edgers.
• Responsible for the setup and cleanup of work sites, as well as the maintenance of our trucks and machinery.

Compensation

Pay Range : $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Bonuses : Monthly production bonuses based on performance. Final Compensation : Commensurate with experience.
