As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor you'll play a key role in supporting with daily store operations. This position helps lead, deploy, and support partners to ensure smooth operations while delivering an exceptional Starbucks Experience to every customer. Youre a Great Fit If You:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of guest service or retail experience (preferred)
