💼 Position Snapshot:

• Full-Time, W-2
• Pediatric-only, high-acuity anesthesia
• Care Team Model: 1:1 or 2:1 depending on case complexity
• CRNAs perform regionals (including caudal), invasive lines, and staff all specialties including cardiac and trauma
• 24/7 CRNA presence for trauma, airway, and cardiac backup (no routine overnight case coverage)

💰 Compensation Overview:

• Base Pay: $93.42$144.80/hour (~$194K$301K annually )
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $50K (2-year commitment)
• **SRNAs Only - Pre-Graduation Stipend: $50K (2-year commitment) or $75K (3-year)75% upfront, 25% at 90 day mark of employment
• Relocation Assistance: Yes (for moves over 50 miles)
• Licensure, DEA, and professional association fees fully reimbursed
