🛎️ What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Front Desk Agent , you’re the heartbeat of the hotel. You'll help guests check in, feel welcome, and enjoy a smooth, stress-free stay. A typical day includes:

• Greeting every guest with a warm smile and professional service

• Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately

• Handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with care

• Recommending local restaurants, attractions, and services

• Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to exceed guest expectations

• Handling guest payments, cash drawer, and posting charges to accounts

• Answering phones, assisting with wake-up calls, and managing the hotel’s communication systems

• Maintaining front desk cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere

• Participating in Manager-On-Duty (MOD) schedule when leadership is off-site

• Ensuring all tasks on the shift checklist are complete before clocking out

🧠 What You Bring to the Team:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills

• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for helping people and solving problems

• Comfort with basic technology and reservation systems

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person!

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
