Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and oversee key accounts to ensure revenue targets are achieved. Your leadership will inspire a high-performance sales environment, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, technology solutions, and management to expand our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including outside sales efforts and business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads in competitive markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and customer trends for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Oversee account management activities to ensure consistent customer service excellence and long-term partnership growth.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales roles with a focus on B2B environments, preferably within technology or technical sales sectors.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or departments with a track record of achieving measurable results.
  • IHG experience preferred.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, analyzing data, and forecasting performance.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback effectively.
  • Experience in marketing collaboration to support lead generation efforts is highly desirable.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and promote a customer-centric approach across all levels of the organization.
