Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our Hollywood operations team. This role is responsible for properly packaging products, labeling shipments, and preparing orders for distribution while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Package products securely according to company procedures * Label and prepare boxes for shipment or storage * Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packaging * Organize packing materials and maintain a clean workstation * Assist with order preparation and staging for outbound shipments * Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Opportunities for advancement within warehouse and logistics operations * Stable, full-time employment * Supportive and professional team environment
