Our Mission:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team based in Boca Raton, FL!

Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation.

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies.

• Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi service model.

• Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful.

• Monitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) to reach company goals.

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.

• Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.

• Post-secondary education preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• Food & beverage or retail experience required, both preferred.

• Successfully lead the store team in the day-to-day operations, while sharing your passion for our brand.

• Ability to utilize MS Office Suite Programs.

• Result-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlines.

• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset, combined with the ability to manage both independently and within a team.

• Fosters a work environment of growth and development.

• Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus.

• Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
