I opened my agency in 2025 after spending six years on Wall Street, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and risk management into agency ownership. What drew me into this role was the opportunity to help people build and protect things that truly matter. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and have traveled to more than 50 countries, experiences that shaped my perspective and appreciation for long-term planning and meaningful relationships. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Fernando Cevallos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
