Inside Sales Representative (Inbound| Remote | $6K-$20K+ Monthly OTE)
Compensation

About the Role
- We are hiring experienced High-Ticket Sales Closers to handle fully inbound, pre-booked sales calls.
- This is not cold calling.
- You will be closing $10Kâ$100K TV and media packages for small businesses using a proven inbound funnel system generating over 300 booked calls per day across our team.
- We are a 10-year established company with over 120 team members and more than 200,000 booked calls last year.
- This role is for experienced closers who can handle volume, show up professionally, and close ethically.
Responsibilities
- Take up to 16 x 30-minute Zoom calls per day
- Close high-ticket offers ranging from $10Kâ$100K
- Handle 100% inbound scheduled appointments
- Maintain professional Zoom presence (camera on at all times)
- Update CRM after each call
- Send SMS follow-ups
- Attend daily morning sales training
- Follow ethical and compliant sales processes (all calls audited)
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of high-ticket closing experience
- Proven track record closing $10K+ offers
- Strong objection handling and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable handling multiple daily video calls
- Proficient with CRM systems
- Professional remote setup (camera, lighting, reliable internet)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- This is not an entry-level position. Proof of past performance is required.
