Nurse Manager - Critical Care ICU and PCU)
- Provide 24/7 leadership and accountability for ICU and PCU operations
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policy, and regulatory requirements
- Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement across both units
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration for continuity of care and safe discharge planning
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff while building strong retention and engagement culture
- Manage budgets, staffing, equipment, and resource allocation
- Partner with hospital-wide leaders on initiatives for safety, service, and patient experience
- Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
- Minimum **3 years of recent ICU leadership experience at the Manager level** in acute care
- Nursing Diploma or ADN; BSN strongly preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days of hire)
- BLS (within 30 days), ACLS (within 6 months), PALS or ENPC (within 6 months)
- 5+ years of progressive ICU/PCU leadership experience
- BSN or MSN in Nursing Leadership/Administration
- Demonstrated success in staff development, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness
