Compensation: Up to $52,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexibility

Work Arrangement: Primarily on-site with future flexibility based on performance

What You'll Do

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume Accounts Receivable email inbox
• Research customer accounts and payment information to ensure accuracy
• Review financial data and documentation for completeness and correctness
• Investigate payment discrepancies and assist with account reconciliation
• Maintain organized records and support AR reporting processes
• Collaborate with accounting and finance team members to improve workflows
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to research and analyze account information independently
• Comfortable working within multiple systems and spreadsheets
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute ideas
• Motivated self-starter who enjoys continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or accounting software
• Exposure to NetSuite or similar accounting platforms is a plus
• Experience working in high-volume administrative or accounting environments
