Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Compensation: Up to $52,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with flexibility
Work Arrangement: Primarily on-site with future flexibility based on performance

What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume Accounts Receivable email inbox
- Research customer accounts and payment information to ensure accuracy
- Review financial data and documentation for completeness and correctness
- Investigate payment discrepancies and assist with account reconciliation
- Maintain organized records and support AR reporting processes
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team members to improve workflows
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to research and analyze account information independently
- Comfortable working within multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute ideas
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or accounting software
- Exposure to NetSuite or similar accounting platforms is a plus
- Experience working in high-volume administrative or accounting environments
