Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead our product portfolio and drive the overall product vision at Bolt On Technology. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, managing the product roadmap, and owning go-to-market execution. The Product Manager will be a leader in our Product team while working cross-functionally with all stakeholders to ensure our products deliver maximum value to automotive repair businesses and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for Bolt On Technology's entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company growth goals.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends in the automotive repair industry to inform strategic decisions.

  • Customer Insights: Lead primary market research initiatives and maintain ongoing relationships with key customers to gather insights, validate product direction, and identify unmet needs.

  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize features, products, and initiatives across the entire portfolio to maximize business impact and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Pricing Strategy: Own product pricing strategy and work with leadership to optimize revenue and market positioning across all product offerings.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key product metrics, including revenue targets, market share, customer acquisition, and retention, to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features, including launch planning and market positioning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans, promotional strategies, and sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth.

  • Messaging and Positioning: Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with automotive repair businesses and differentiate our solutions.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Product Owner team, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and tactical execution.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary liaison between product development, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure organizational alignment.

  • Executive Communication: Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Business Impact: Own product-related KPIs, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition metrics.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance data to make informed decisions about resource allocation and drive continuous improvement in product-market fit and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Product professional with B2B SaaS or technology products, with a proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth.

  • Team Leadership Experience: Experience managing product teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a technology environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of small-to-medium business operations and pain points. Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Organizational: Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

  • Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for customer needs with ability to translate insights into product solutions.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar product management certification.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.

  • Industry Experience: Background in automotive aftermarket, repair services, or related industries.

  • Business Model Experience: Experience with SaaS business models and subscription pricing strategies.

  • Technical Understanding: Understanding of software development processes and technical product considerations.
