In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that daily administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing files, answering phones, and assisting with various clerical tasks that contribute to our overall productivity. Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize office files and records
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Assist in data entry and maintain accurate databases
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
• Order and manage office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
