The Fryer/Flattop is responsible for preparing and cooking food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires hands-on experience with frying and grilling techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
Responsibilities
- Fry food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Grill food on the flattop grill to the desired specifications
- Prepare ingredients and menu items as needed to support kitchen operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food preparation
