Accounting Clerk

• Minimum of 2 years of processing payments or invoicing
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Notion, Google sheets, Jira, Microsoft Project or Workfront or similar tools
• Must be able to check and maintain residence records/payments for accuracy
• Planning, Organization, and Time Management a must
• Must have Client-facing skills and can interact with the customer.
• Effective time management to frequent deadlines
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Good communication and coordination skills, provide assistance, support, and execute tasks as needed.
• Obtains cost share and verifies accuracy for the correct property owner.
• Ensure payments are correct and recorded in a timely manner
• Previous experience with Salesforce preferred.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range:__$22/hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
