As a Host at Chop, you create the first and last impression for our guests. Your role is to deliver a warm, prompt, and professional welcome, ensure efficient seating, and support an exceptional dining experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly welcome, creating an immediate positive impression.
• Graciously thank and invite guests to return as they depart.
• Seat guests promptly, ensuring optimal table selection to maximize guest experience.
• Anticipate guest transitions and manage table turnover effectively.
• Open the front door for arriving and departing guests as part of a welcoming gesture.
• Answer incoming calls professionally, providing information and booking reservations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance, including the foyer and washroom areas.
• Uphold a positive and collaborative attitude with guests and team members throughout your shift.
