Automotive Customer Support Specialist
Goodyear Belts, by Adventry Corp. is seeking a dedicated Automotive Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team efforts by providing the best in Industry Customer Support. The role will be a Goodyear Belts product expert managing internal and external customer inquiries, requests for information (RFI’s) and quotes (RFQ’s) as well as identification and sales support of prospective customers. You will work directly with our sales team and closely with our product, customer service, marketing, and operational teams. As an Automotive Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a positive impact in the industry.
· Develop and maintain customer relationships by solving customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive markets, and emerging technologies.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and opportunities.
· CRM – customer contact database management support.
· Support our internal customer service team with technology, order support and customer centric focus ensuring the best in industry customer experience.
· Coordinate cross-functional efforts between internal departments to deliver ease and speed of doing business with Goodyear Belts.
· Assist with ad-hoc customer requests: RFQ's / needs / demand analysis / order analysis, etc.
