We are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide organized, day-to-day support for strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives in Boca Raton, Florida. This Long-term Contract position begins with a 6-month assignment and is expected to extend up to 12 months, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility work in a primarily remote setting with up to 25% travel. The role will help keep projects moving forward through strong coordination, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and clear communication with project teams, business partners, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with project leaders to support project planning, execution, progress monitoring, and closeout activities across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain organized project records, including timelines, action trackers, decision logs, risk items, and issue documentation to keep information current and accessible.
• Arrange meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, while preparing agendas, capturing key discussion points, and sharing follow-up actions.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and outstanding deliverables, and raise concerns when timelines are at risk.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate progress, dependencies, and overall project health.
• Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of project documents such as charters, plans, reports, and governance materials.
• Support risk, issue, assumption, and dependency tracking by documenting mitigation steps and escalating unresolved concerns to project leadership.
• Assist with resource coordination, project calendars, implementation readiness activities, and onboarding support for new team members.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by recommending better templates, reporting practices, and project coordination methods in alignment with organizational standards.• Experience supporting projects in a coordination, administration, or project operations capacity within cross-functional business environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, maintain logs, organize schedules, and monitor multiple workstreams with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting, tracking, and presentation development.
• Working knowledge of project management practices, including status reporting, risk tracking, issue management, and meeting coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow established planning processes, and keep projects aligned with deadlines and governance expectations.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment during standard business hours with availability for up to 25% travel as needed.
