Vineyards Country Club, a privately held and for-profit luxury club community in beautiful Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. Position Overview:

Vineyards Country Club, one of Southwest Florida’s premier private clubs, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting the Club’s brand, amenities, and services through creative marketing strategies that engage current members and attract prospective ones. This position is on-site only; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the club’s digital marketing strategy across web, email, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social platforms for various departments.
• Oversee marketing calendars, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Manage and optimize the Vineyards Country Club website for brand visibility (front end), member experience (back end), and qualified, segmented lead generation.
• Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to enhance sales and communications with prospects and members while accurately monitoring the data for efficiency and propensity.
• Create and manage content across digital channels that reflect the club’s culture, brand, amenities, and lifestyle.
• High level use and tactical understanding of Google Analytics.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track ROI and continuously improve digital performance.
• Collaborate with the Membership, Events, and Operations teams to collaboratively align campaigns with business goals.
• Design and manage engaging digital displays across the club and wellness center to showcase events, programs, and promotions.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, efficiencies, and best practices in the private club business and hospitality industries.
• Coordinate with marketing and public relations contractors to expand client engagement, reach, visibility, and penetration goals to obtain qualified leads for our sales department.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to expand capabilities, optimize resources, and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or 5-Star Resorts.
• Experience in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email platforms, and social media management and experience with Club Essentials is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of driving growth and engagement through digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
