Job Summary

Summary: The Concessions Host is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at food and beverage stands within the arena or stadium. This position includes taking orders, operating a poin-of-sale (POS) system, handling credit and mobile transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to safey and sanitation standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer them to supervisors when necessary.
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
• Communicate with kitchen or supervisory staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the concession stand.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
