The team member actively listens and extends assistance in order to resolve all guest issues and concerns. A strong guest satisfaction disposition is mandatory, a people person, withgood social and communication skills. The Lead works closely with the Driversand must possess outstanding hospitalityand customer serviceskills, strong communicationin English and Creole,organizational skills,effective decision-making abilities,a high level of professional appearance,and demeanor at all times.
