Remote Life Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking licensed Life Insurance Agents who want more than just a contract level. We can offer mentorship, accountability, consistent support, and a team that treats them like partners, not numbers.
This is a remote, commission-based role with flexibility and real leadership access from day one.

Responsibilities
• Speak with families about life insurance solutions
• Conduct appointments by phone or Zoom
• Educate clients and help them make informed decisions
• Manage follow-ups and pipeline
Requirements
• Active life insurance license (resident state), or ability to obtain license quickly
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable using CRM and Zoom
• Professional, ethical approach
Compensation
• Commission-based with no income cap
• Weekly commission payouts
• Average active agents generate $60,000–$200,000 annually
• Income varies based on effort and production
