General Manager

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + bonus potential and benefits

A well-established fast-casual restaurant concept with a loyal customer base and strong operational foundation is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant performance. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating accountability, and driving consistent results while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

The successful candidate will take ownership of operational execution, team development, financial performance, and community presence.

What You Will Do

• Direct all daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Analyze financial performance and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
• Build relationships within the local community to support sales growth
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain exceptional service standards
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on operational initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience with at least 1 year as a General Manager or comparable leader
• Proven success managing restaurant financial performance
• Strong background in team development and retention
• Experience leading high-volume fast-casual, quick-service, café, or casual dining operations
• Strong business acumen and operational discipline
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment

Compensation & Details

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
• Bonus opportunity based on performance
