About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Payroll Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients . This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy and is looking to grow within a people-first organization.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support.
• Perform essential administrative and PEO-related tasks that support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and support ongoing workflows.
• Support new client implementation processes to ensure accurate and seamless transitions.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

What You Bring to the Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of payroll processing experience.
• Proven experience with payroll systems such as iSolved (highly preferred), ADP, Paychex, or PeopleSoft.
• Two-year diploma in HR, Payroll, Business Administration, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support a diverse client base.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
