About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Payroll Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our clients . This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy and is looking to grow within a people-first organization.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Payroll Specialist, you will:
- Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support.
- Perform essential administrative and PEO-related tasks that support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and support ongoing workflows.
- Support new client implementation processes to ensure accurate and seamless transitions.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
What You Bring to the Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of payroll processing experience.
- Proven experience with payroll systems such as iSolved (highly preferred), ADP, Paychex, or PeopleSoft.
- Two-year diploma in HR, Payroll, Business Administration, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support a diverse client base.
