The Role
We're seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage a portfolio of ~50 clients and lead a team of three. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 2 bookkeepers + 1 compliance specialist
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and monthly closes
- Review balance sheets, P&Ls, and ensure compliance
- Act as escalation point for client inquiries
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in accounting/bookkeeping (firm experience preferred)
- 2–3 years of team leadership
- Strong QuickBooks skills (Canopy a plus)
- Excellent organizational, client management, and communication skills
- Restaurant industry exposure a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $72,000–$96,000/year + performance bonuses
- Healthcare after 2 years
- PTO + sick leave (5 days each)
