Full-time or Part-time is available.
Pay is hourly with tips . Pay is based on experience.
Are you friendly, energetic, and ready to work in a fast-paced, BBQ-loving environment? Mrs. Smokeys Real Pit Bar-B-Q is seeking a Counterperson to become an essential part of our team! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them experience the mouthwatering magic of our BBQ.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers with a smile and identify their needs.
- Explain our menu to ensure the best customer experience.
- Take, process and deliver orders accurately.
- Monitor inventory to ensure we’re always stocked.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A positive attitude and a love for BBQ are a bonus!
