We are searching for Staff Accountant to become our newest teammate.
If your skillset has been built on a foundation of accuracy and attention to detail, we’d like to hear more! Our candidate will be joining a team-oriented environment that prides itself on timely reporting and analysis.
Solid knowledge of GAAP, proficiency in QuickBooks and solid knowledge in Microsoft Office programs are sharp skills of our dream candidate. Your strength in organization and ability to prioritize tasks are key; your awareness and desire to own your responsibilities will have a direct impact on the organization. You will be an integral part of the department while also being lead in archiving and storing of accounting data.
Reporting directly to the controller, you will be responsible for core general accounting duties; properly recording accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts , general journal entries, vendor audits and other related accounting functions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· Minimum 3 years accounting experience
· Ability to work independently in an evolving environment
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Effective communicator
