The ideal candidate is a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Dishwasher Job Responsibilities: Operate the industrial dishwasher Stack clean dishes and place them on the cook line Empty and clean all trash receptacles Clean. detail. and sanitize the dish pit Follow sanitation policies at all times Provide assistance to the kitchen staff when needed Perform opening and closing duties Sweep and mop spills during your shift Dishwasher Qualifications / Skills: No experience required (we’re willing to train) Excellent critical thinking and time management skills Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 50 pounds Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for long periods of time Working at Gator's Dockside - Health insurance
