We’re seeking an innovative and analytical Business Intelligence Developer to help advance our enterprise-wide analytics strategy. In this role, you’ll design scalable data solutions, optimize reporting infrastructure, and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• 
  

  Conduct data discovery within database schemas to classify data and develop clear business definitions



• 
  

  Assemble simple and complex data sets and data models aligned to business requirements



• 
  

  Integrate new and existing data sources into a sustainable data repository



• 
  

  Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL, APIs, and other replication technologies



• 
  

  Build effective dashboards, reporting solutions, and user interfaces



• 
  

  Maximize the use of reusable objects (data sources, stored procedures, functions, report objects)



• 
  

  Migrate and enhance legacy analytics and reporting systems



• 
  

  Automate manual processes and improve data performance



• 
  

  Distinguish between current operational needs and long-term strategic analytics requirements



• 
  

  Adhere to established Data Governance Standards



• 
  

  Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across departments

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university



• 
  

  Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered



• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training in business intelligence, data analytics, or data development


• Experience in financial services or a credit union environment is preferred


• 
  

  Strong SQL and relational database knowledge



• 
  

  Experience with ETL processes and data integration



• 
  

  Ability to create scalable dashboards and reporting solutions



• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



• 
  

  Adaptable, open-minded, and solution-oriented



• 
  

  Ability to communicate effectively and consistently with technical and non-technical stakeholders



• 
  

  Commitment to data accuracy, governance, and process improvement
