Every shift is different, and that's what makes this position exciting. You'll partner with the General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, maintain staffing levels, improve operational efficiency, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. You'll spend your day developing employees, solving problems, monitoring food quality, maintaining cleanliness, and making sure every aspect of the restaurant meets company standards. Success in this role comes from leading by example, creating accountability, and building a positive culture where people enjoy working together.
We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring others while creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, inventory awareness, labor management, food safety, loss prevention, shift execution, and restaurant profitability. You'll also help maintain compliance with company policies as well as all federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and workplace safety remain a daily priority.
Our Assistant Managers complete company leadership training, restaurant management development programs, food safety certification, manager certification, and ongoing operational training designed to prepare them for future advancement opportunities. We are committed to helping motivated leaders continue developing their careers through continuous coaching and professional growth.
The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality management, retail management, food service, customer service leadership, or shift supervision is highly preferred. Experience supervising employees, improving guest satisfaction, managing labor costs, coaching performance, resolving customer concerns, increasing sales, maintaining inventory controls, and leading high-performing teams will help you succeed in this role. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
We offer competitive hourly pay of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, paid meals during every shift, employee discounts, paid time off, career advancement opportunities, leadership development, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), and a 401(k) plan with company match. Full-time managers may qualify for additional benefits based on eligibility.
