Roof Service Techician (Commercial)

- Actively perform repairs on TPO, PVC and Mod Bit roofing systems
- Handling service calls related to repairs and warranty work
- Using technology to provide daily logs to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
- Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
- Create list of project materials to be ordered
- Schedule inspections, as needed
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems
- Proficient in technology-based applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize time and project needs
- Ability to interface well with work crews
- Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines
