Entry Level Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

• Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared by Panda Exteriors
• Display a professional demeanor while speaking with homeowners about their roofing/exterior needs
• Gathering information, such as contact details and signatures, for leads and future clients for follow-up
• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for client information and appointment acquisition

Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly pay! Base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Growth opportunities - promotion to Sales Closer after 4-6 months (dependent on your lead generation)

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years sales experience
• 18 + with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
• Desire to work outdoors
• Exposure to rejection and the ability to overcome and adapt accordingly
• Outgoing personality with a 'grind' mentality
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow as a professional
