Sales and Customer Success Manager

As a Sales and Customer Success Manager at Type Lyfe Talk, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain successful customer partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, actively engaging with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Customer Success:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Understand customer needs and proactively address challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Monitor customer usage patterns and provide insights to enhance their experience.
- Address customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
