Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production machinery such as corrugators, rotary die cutters, flexo folder gluers, stitchers, balers, and conveyor systems

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment used in corrugated box manufacturing and converting operations

• This role ensures maximum machine uptime, supports continuous production, and adheres to all safety, quality, and operational standards within the plant

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, rollers, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and sensors
• Install, align, and adjust machine components and production lines

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably in corrugated or manufacturing environments)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Manufacturing plant setting with exposure to noise, heat, moving machinery, dust, and chemicals
• Standing, walking, climbing, and lifting required throughout shift
• Overtime, weekend, and on-call rotation may be required
• Background check and drug screening required
