Escrow Officer / Title Closer
Job Summary
An established real estate title and escrow operation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Title Closer to manage residential real estate transactions from contract through funding, recording, and final disbursement. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented Florida title professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full closing process while providing excellent service to buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities - Manage residential real estate closings from title review through funding, recording, and final disbursement.- Review title commitments, identify title requirements, and coordinate resolution prior to closing.
- Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, closing packages, deeds, affidavits, and related closing documents.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, and attorneys to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transactions.
- Conduct closings, explain closing documents, and ensure all required documentation is properly executed.
- Review funding, approve wire transfers and disbursements, and confirm files are balanced before post-closing. Compensation and Benefits - Direct hire opportunity.
- Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage residential title closings from contract through post-closing.- Review title commitments, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and closing packages.
- Coordinate closing timelines, funding, disbursement, and recording requirements.
- Communicate effectively with lenders, Realtors, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders. - 3+ years of Florida title company closing experience required.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete title closing process from contract to post-closing.
- Strong knowledge of Florida title commitments, escrow procedures, settlement statements, funding, and disbursement.
- Experience preparing and reviewing CDs, ALTA Settlement Statements, deeds, affidavits, and related closing documents.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professional customer service.
- Prior Florida title company closing experience is required. Mortgage loan closing experience alone does not meet the requirements for this role. Preferred Qualifications - Florida Title Agent License preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with Qualia is a plus.
