Landscaping Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on maintenance and construction projects
• Oversee the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
• Conduct site inspections and address landscape issues as they arise
• Plan and implement schedules for lawn care, tree care, pruning, and fertilization
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and completed tasks
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the Operations Supervisor regarding job progress and concerns
• Assist with project estimates and budget planning as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, maintenance, or hardscape construction
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews
• Strong knowledge of lawn care; experience with irrigation and tree care is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with landscape equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to pass a drug screen
