Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients, post-operative care, and fall-risk interventions preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems and outcome tracking in an SNF environment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: 5 days per week.
• Start: Immediate start.
• Schedule Notes: Coverage options include Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat rotations.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
