Loan Vault File Specialist (Temporary)

This is a short term, temporary employment opportunity.
The Loan Vault File Specialist is responsible for distribution of incoming mail, safekeeping of loan files, filing/retrieving loan files upon request, preparing loan files with labels, organizing boxing and labeling files for offsite storage, prepping loan files for scanning, scanning of loan documents, indexing documents into imaging system, conduct file audits and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Distributes incoming mail
- Ensures safekeeping of loan files
- Filing and retrieving loan files
- Prepares all loan files with labels and organizes boxes for offsite storage
- Prepares loan files for scanning and indexes documents into imaging system
- Conducts regular file audits
- Adheres to Seacoast Bank's code of conduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong alpha filing skills
- Basic typing and computer skills/knowledge
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Previous loan documentation a plus
