Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years of previous warehousing experience;
• Must have reliable transportation, and at least a High School Diploma or GED;
• Must be punctual, reliable, have EXCELLENT math and counting skills, and EXTREME attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy;
• Be able to lift 45-pounds for Fulfillment Asst, stand or walk continuously for long periods of time, and work year-round in a warehouse without climate controls;
• Good ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, and all applicants will be subject to BOTH a mandatory drug screen and a criminal background check;
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and ability to communicate with other team members required;
• complete the assessments to be the first reviewed and to get an interview.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Fulfilling outbound goods orders (cases or pallets), including picking/packing, kitting, weighing, stickering, labeling, wrapping, generation of shipping orders, staging, etc.;
• Accurately receiving, loading/unloading, counting, storing and organizing of palletized and non-palletized goods using pallet jacks, and manual labor;
• Inspecting shipments for quality control, as well as recording/providing accurate product information for inventory and billing purposes;
• Keep 100% accurate tallies, counts and order information to verify which orders have been filled and/or shipped;
• Providing support for warehouse and fulfillment staff, as well as periodic assembly and kitting projects with high degree of quality and product care;
• Working closely and positively with Fulfillment, Inventory and Customer/Account Executive team members to support company goals and customer needs;
• Helping to verify and prepare shipping/freight orders to meet customer requirements;
• Assisting in inventory counts, supplies restocking, and maintaining packing/assembly work areas highly clean and organized;
• Communicating professionally with other Warehouse and Fulfillment Team members, Account Executives and other staff regarding shipments, order details, inventory, errors, or other operational issues;
• Helping maintain clean and organized warehouse and facilities, with high standards for properly handling/organizing of customers' products and company tools/equipment;
• Strictly following quality, safety, health-related and workplace behavior standards;
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operations at the company.
